Delivery & returns
Almost everything here is made just for you, so it's worth a quick read before you order.
Making time
Each piece is crocheted after you order it. Please allow 7 days before it's posted. If you need it by a certain date, mention it in the notes and I'll tell you if I can do it.
Postage
I pack and post every order myself, with Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow it to your door. UK postage is £1.99 an order. I don't post outside the UK at the moment.
Made-to-order items
These are custom orders, made to your specified size and colour. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please ensure your measurements are correct and don't be afraid to ask for help if you're struggling.
Ready-made items
For anything marked "One only · ready to post", you can change your mind. Tell me within 14 days of it arriving, send it back within 14 days after that, and I'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is yours to pay.
If something's wrong
If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, made to order or not, tell me as soon as you can, ideally with a photo. In the rare event that an item falls short or is not as described, I will pay the return postage and once received, a full refund will be paid. This is your legal right and it always applies.
